North Central extended its winning streak to six after a 71-45 victory over visiting North Vermillion in a nonconference high school girls basketball game on Saturday night.
“This was a great win,” said North Central coach Joey Davidson. “We played really well.
“We were invested emotionally, mentally and physically.
“Our defensive effort was much better and we executed the game plan. Our inside girls did a good job on the boards in the second half. Our transition was better too.”
