Bulldogs settle for tie

Dugger Union and visiting Wood Memorial played to a 3-3 tie in a high school baseball game on Friday night. It was called after six innings.
“We are still working on our lights,” said Dugger Union coach Christian Burris.
Coltan McManigell was credited with two RBIs for the Bulldogs and Jackson Rogers drove in the other run.
Mason Boyd pitched the first four innings for Dugger Union. He allowed two hits and two runs, both earned.
He struck out 10 and hit two batters.
Rogers allowed two hits and the other earned run.
He struck out three and walked two.
The Bulldogs are scheduled to play two games on Friday at White River Valley, starting at 4:30 p.m. Then on Saturday, they will host Robinson, Illinois at 11 a.m.
