Games rained out

Monday’s Southwestern Indiana Athletic Conference softball game — North Central at Clay City — was rained out. No makeup date has been announced.
Monday’s South Vermillion at Sullivan girls tennis match was canceled and won’t be made up.
Monday’s JV baseball featuring Sullivan at Robinson, Illinois was postponed.
If this game is to be made up it will be played after the home varsity game between the Maroons and Golden Arrows at 5 p.m. Monday.
 The Sullivan boys golf team will participate in the Hatchet Invitational at 8 a.m. May 29.
The event at Country Oaks Golf Club was rained out earlier this month.

Dillingham wins Bracketbucks

Jane Dillingham of Dugger was the local winner of the NCAA Bracketbucks contest with a score of 1,414 points.
The national winner was Stephen Batcho of Uniontown, Pennsylvania. His score was 1,559 points.

North Central camp

The North Central softball and baseball teams are combining with the Farmersburg Youth League for its third annual softball/baseball camp.
The camp, for boys and girls in grades K-8 from any school, will take place on Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m.
Cost is $10 per child.
