Host Edgewood defeated Sullivan 215-239 in a high school girls golf match at Cascades Golf Course in Bloomington.
Courtney Lueking was low for the Lady Arrows (1-1) with a nine-hole total of 51.
Bonnie Witt shot 60, Cara Gofourth had a 63 and Peyton Sisil carded a 65.
“The girls played better today as a whole,” said Sullivan coach Justin Ridge. “Hopefully they built some confidence going into our match tomorrow.
“Overall, I was happy with their performance.”
Sullivan will face South Vermillion at 5 p.m. today at Geneva Hills.
