Sullivan girls defeat Bloomfield

Sullivan exploded for 24 points in the first quarter as the host Lady Arrows went on to a 55-47 win over Bloomfield in a nonconference high school girls basketball game on Tuesday night.
The Lady Arrows pushed its record to 5-4.
Reagan Holeman made three 3-pointers as part of her 16-point performance.
Delainey Shorter scored 13 points and Gracie Shorter added 12.
Asia Povlin, who missed the first eight games with a hip injury, played for the first time this season. She scored two points.
The Sullivan JV will host North Putnam at 6 p.m. tonight while the varsity will play at North Putnam at 6 p.m. Friday as the first half of Western Indiana Conference girls-boys doubleheaders.
