WEATHER

ARRESTS

Dustin Levi Turley, 33, Jasonville, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Sunday
by the Sullivan County Sheriff's Department on a warrant for attempted
murder. He remained jailed Monday morning on $50,000 cash bond.

James Brian Maak, 34, Sullivan, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. Sunday on
by the SCSD on preliminary charges of operating with a blood alcohol
content of .08% or above and operating while intoxicated. He remained
jailed Monday morning on $4,000 bond with 10% allowed.

Jail population: 48 in house, 31 in other jails.

Sunday to a report of an accident at McDonald's near Sullivan.

• The Sullivan City Police Department responded at 2:51 p.m. Sunday to
a report of a disturbance on the 600 block of Court Plaza in Sullivan.

• The Farmersburg Town Marshal's Office responded at 3:24 p.m. Sunday
to a report of an accident on the 11000 block on North U.S. 41 in
Farmersburg.

• The SCPD responded at 7:29 p.m. Sunday to a report of a disturbance
on the 800 block of East Meadow Street in Hymera.

• The SCPD responded at 7:40 p.m. Sunday to a report of theft on the
700 block of East Chaney Street in Sullivan.

• The SCSD and SCPD responded at 7:50 p.m. Sunday to a report of
reckless driving on southbound U.S. 41 at the north bypass near
Sullivan.

• The SCPD responded at 7:56 p.m. Sunday to a report of a complaint on
the 300 block of East Wall Street in Sullivan.

• The Fairbanks Fire Department responded at 3:40 a.m. Monday to a
report of a tree down at the near the intersection of CRs 900W and
825N.
