Per Sullivan County Health Department policy, when three or more
households are involved in a common event, location or gathering, a
public announcement is made.

If you attended the Abundant Grace House of Prayer church services on
July 26 or Aug. 2 and/or the revival from July 26-29, or if you
attended church or church-related activities at  Carlisle Christian
Church between Aug. 2-8, there is a possibility that you may have been
exposed to COVID-19.

As with any exposure, please monitor for the following symptoms if you feel you
may have been exposed. Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever or chills,
cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or
body aches, headache, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or
vomiting, diarrhea and new loss of taste and smell.

If you begin to experience symptoms of COVID-19, seek testing and
self-isolate from your family. Remain self-isolated until you have
your test results. Testing sites can be found at:
lhi.care/covidtesting or call (888) 634-1116.

Please contact the Sullivan County Health Department with any
questions at (812) 268-0224.
