Lady Arrows fall at Terre Haute North

By Times Staff

Terre Haute North defeated visiting Sullivan 8-0 in a high school girls soccer match on Tuesday.
The Lady Arrows lost for just the second time in 11 contests.
Gabby Wright had 15 saves and Katie Turley was credited with five.
“We were only down 2-0 at the half. They are ranked 13th in Class 3A,” said Sullivan coach Kurt Hauger. “They have two All-State players in Sasha Thompson and Liz Humphrey. They combined for six or seven of their goals.
“They have a great feeder program, which is a big part of their ongoing success.”
Sullivan will host North Knox tonight, starting at 7 p.m. on senior night.
