Sullivan tied for 24th place in the team standings with seven points. Madi Followell ended up clearing four feet and 10 inches in a high jump, good for 14th place. Shelby Hall competed in the 300 meter low hurdles. She finished seventh with a time of 48.59 seconds. Whitnee Newby, below, ran in the 200 for the Lady Arrows. She qualified for the finals and finished eighth. Her time was 27.28. Abbie Hall did not clear a height in the pole vault and the SHS 400 relay team of both Halls, Newby and Korinne Gofourth finished in ninth place. Their time was 52.61 seconds. “It was great to see Shelby run a career PR in the 300 hurdles. Whitnee made of the most of her advancement by running a season PR, finishing ninth in the 200,” said Sullivan coach Jackie Ridge. “I hate to see the season end, but I was so proud of the girls.”
