By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Sullivan County, Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at a point 418 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 8 West, and running thence North 418 feet; thence West 80 feet, thence South 418 feet, thence East 80 feet to the place of beginning, containing 77/100 of an acre, more or less. Excepting all coal and other mineral underlying minerals as contained in the original deed of severance, and subject to the terms and conditions contained in said deed. Subject to all applicable zoning laws and ordinances of Sullivan County, Indiana. Subject to all covenants, deed restrictions, road rights of ways and utility easements now of record. Including that manufactured home more specifically described as 1986 5226 GT Fairmont Homes, Serial Number MY86 12273ABW which has become affixed to and is taxed as real property commonly described as 7421 East County Road 50 South, Dugger, Indiana, 47848
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.  In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
