NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
OF PROPOSED
ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Shelburn, Sullivan County, Indiana, that the proper legal officials of the Town of Shelburn will meet at the Shelburn Community Building, at 7:00 o’clock p.m. on November 11, 2019, to consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget of the current year
Local Road & Bridge
Matching Grant Fund

Contractual Services    $331,956.00
Total   $331,956.00
Total Appropriation
Requested       $331,956.00
Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations when finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance. The Department of Local Government Finance will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
